Well, i do not have much new info except that deklen and i have a bit of a routine now. Since i started using the swaddling blanket we now go to bed around ten, wake between 2 and 3 to eat and wake again between 6 and 7. Not so bad, i wish i could have done this sooner. I feel much more rested now. Deklen and i went to walmart on our own this morning at 8:30 am and shopped and bummed around for an hour and a half. He really likes the car seat and is quite comfy in it. Unfortunately i still had the Calgary Flames cover on the the car seat and i had a few comments on it today, as it was a sad game last night. I am surprised trevor didn't burn the cover as well as his jersey. One of these years he will do it, i am just waiting for that day to come.

It's a Miracle!!! For the first time last night i finally got some REAL sleep! the picture is of a swaddling blanket i bought and tried last night. I fed deklen and put him in his crib at 10 pm. He slept until 2:30! i fed him, changed him, wrapped him back up and put him back in his crib awake at 3:00 as i had to sneak out of the bedroom for a quick second. When i came in 2 minutes later he was sound asleep. So i thought i couldnt be this lucky, so i quickly went to sleep as i was sure he would be up in an hour. Well i woke at 7:00 this morning to him wanting fed, i could not believe it. I actually feel rested since coming home from the hospital. Every night until last night Deklen has woken himself up every one, two, or three hours if i was real lucky, to eat. So i am saving this swaddling blanket for night when we need it most, and i hope this wasn't a one time thing.

so they must wear them every game from now on. The dogs love deklen. I had him on the floor and they are quite careful around him, but love to just watch.

Deklen is sure packing on the pounds. We go for another weigh in in about 7 days.

More pictures of deklen of course. He looks so quiet - of course this is during the day.... I had to snap a picture of one of his baths. He rather enjoyed his last one he was happy as a clam to sit there and be washed. Funny i always seem to catch him crossing his eyes.
